Suspension Fork Course (1 day £120) 

Learn the mystery of suspension systems. Our one day course will teach you how to strip clean and rebuild a variety of suspension forks. Forks from, MAgura, Rockshox, Manitou and Marzocchi will be worked on to give you a full understanding of how each system works and differs from the other.

Topics covered:

Installation
Setup and Trouble shooting
Tools and Equipment required
Air pressure guidelines
Damping/compression/rebound
Valving
Hydraulic oils types
Cleaning
Care and damage prevention

You will also get to give your own forks a full strip down and service, (after you have practiced on ours)

We offer a range of cycle maintenance courses, based on the Park Tool School for cyclists who wish to learn how to keep their own bikes on the road.
